This is an online project built using Php and MySQL. The purpose of this project is to provide complete information about the vehicles available for this trip. There are two different types of users. First, the customer visits the site and enters from the destination. It also presents history as a travel favorite. He then forwarded the information to the tourism and tourism agency. A travel agency and travel agency employee receives an email and checks which car is available that day and returns to customer and quotation. If the customer accepts any quotation, they may respond with the agreed quotation. The agency then downloads all customer details and sends a confirmation message to the customer. On the day of the visit, the customer must first display a confirmation message to the driver for clarification and then will agree to drive after seeing the confirmation message. This software is easy to use and helps to find a car quickly instead of roaming around to find cars. Before the tour begins, a portion of the fee must be paid. After the customer has returned or reached their final destination, they must pay the full amount in cash or by credit card. After leaving the customer can return to the website and post their notes about the tourism and tourism agency. If any positive response is taken positively and if there is a negative response it will also be addressed positively and try to improve on what is missing. The report is reproduced periodically and the website will be scanned over time for immediate action. Summary
The Travel Management System team is currently developing and implementing a business-wide travel system to replace the TAPS system. This program will be used by all faculties of the University of Indiana, staff, and students to submit travel authorization documents and initiate refund applications. The new system will allow for automatic travel authorization and processing of refund requests. In the meantime, the staff of the tourism office personally filed for travel authorization and return data. The system is slow, inefficient, and leads to data entry errors and delays in processing travel payments for IU intelligence, staff, and students. The new system will speed up processing time and provide more accurate data.
